Scott is an accomplished Operations Executive with significant experience overseeing large scale grading and infrastructure projects throughout California. Scott has an extensive track record of successfully building and maintaining client relationships and delivering profitability to the company.
Prior to co-founding QTative, Scott was a senior Project Manager/Estimator for Sukut Construction. He has technical expertise in earthwork and infrastructure estimating, proposal preparation, and management of complex earthwork and infrastructure projects often exceeding $50 million.
