Matt specializes in representing home builders, land developers and investors in residential land transactions throughout the Central Coast, (Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Monterey Counties) and additionally in the South Central Valley, (Kern, Tulare, Kings and Fresno Counties). His unparalleled market knowledge and experience throughout the Central Coast and Central Valley has made him an industry leader within his area of expertise. Matt’s 20+ years of experience within the real estate industry has helped him play a leading role in the sale of more than 30,000 lots for consideration exceeding $625 million.
In 2005, Matt earned the title of Top Salesperson of the Year as the top producer for the company and consistently ranks as a top ten producer for the firm.
Prior to joining Land Advisors in 2003, Matt served as a residential Loan Advisor for First Capital Mortgage in Santa Barbara.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of California, Irvine where he was a member of the 1989 Men’s NCAA Division Championship Water Polo team. He is a licensed California real estate professional.
