Austin joined the Dallas-Fort Worth team in 2010 to assist in expanding the organization’s role as the leading provider of land brokerage services to developers, homebuilders, investors and land owners in the area and has been involved in over $750 million in land and lot transactions throughout the metroplex over the last decade.
As a 14-year industry veteran and licensed Broker in the State of Texas, Austin specializes in large-scale master planned communities along with complex infill residential and commercial property brokerage assignments for a wide range of clients.
He actively participates in the Urban Land Institute and is a member on the Community Development Council (Green Flight), a national product council comprised of leaders in the community development space. Austin currently serves on the board of directors for Lena Pope, an organization that provides counseling and education services to children and families throughout his community. In 2021, Austin was recognized by Fort Worth Inc. as one of Fort Worth’s 400 Most Influential People.
Austin earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Richmond in 2008, where he played on the Richmond Spiders baseball team. He resides in Fort Worth with his wife and three children.
