Chris has immense knowledge and experience that he uses to represent investors and developers seeking to sell residential land throughout California. Chris primarily works with capital providers and large developers to form sales strategies that maximize value by focusing on underwriting and creating a competitive bid process.
For two decades, Chris’ financial expertise has been considered invaluable. He has created a strong track record of successfully managing and underwriting complex residential projects. Chris has served as a Senior Associate at Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Assistant Vice Principal at Kennedy Wilson and most recently as the Director of Investment Management at Isles Ranch Partners. At Isles Ranch Partners Chris lead investment management on 40 residential investments deploying nearly $500 million in capital.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance as well as an emphasis in Investment Finance, which he earned while studying aboard at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Chris is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the California Building Industry Association. Chris spends his spare time playing tennis and enjoying USC Trojans football.
